Refunds & Cancellations

Unredeemed passes can be refunded within 7 days of purchase by contacting support.

Redeemed passes cannot be refunded.

If a drop is cancelled or the merchant can't honour your pass, you get a full refund automatically.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.
